Did you know that an ostriches eye ball is bigger than its brain? There's much more to see and learn about these fascinating, prehistoric and unique birds. They are the largest living bird weighing up to 180 kg and laying eggs over 1.5kg.

Visit Australia's leading ostrich breeding farm on a guided tour and learn all about ostrich, their history and how farming saved them from extinction. Hear fun stories and see the different breeds of ostrich including the magnificent reds, blues, blacks, and unique whites. Compare them with our native emus, also on the farm.

Or book on one of our VIP egg collection tours – ( limited numbers) and get up close and personal on our daily egg collections. The VIP egg collection tour is a unique safari tour throughout the breeding flock, hunting for eggs while learning about the ostrich and experiencing the excitement of these huge birds in the tranquil setting of the breeding farm.

Group bookings are encouraged and provide a memorable experience. Contact us to make a booking.

All Tours are by appointment only: Tours take 1 - 1.5 hours. Allow another 30 minutes to browse the farmshop. Best between November and May.

No tours are operated July, August and Sept.
